What to bring to the first call.
Rough answers are fine. These are the same things the form asks for, so sending it is the fastest way to start.
Start a custom order- Your logo
- In whatever file you have. It goes on the design concepts in step 2.
- The occasion
- What the pieces are for and who will wear them.
- A date
- Your event date, if there is one. Production and delivery take 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the proof.
- A rough quantity
- The minimum is 100 pieces in total, in any mix of styles and sizes.
- A budget range
- Even a rough one helps us design to it.

What is the minimum order?
100 pieces in total. You can mix styles and sizes to get there, so 60 polos and 40 quarter zips counts as one order.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders take 4 to 8 weeks from the first call to delivery. Once you approve the proof, production and delivery take 4 to 6 weeks. If you already know what you want, the design stage moves quickly.
Do I need a finished design?
No. Bring your logo and tell us what the pieces are for. We create the design concepts and refine them with your feedback.
Will I see the pieces before they are made?
Yes. You approve a proof of every piece, with every logo placement, before production starts.
