01What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data any website receives.

• ·Inquiry details you enter in our form or send by email: your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, the occasion, event date, quantity, budget, the pieces you are interested in, and any notes.
• ·Files you upload or send, such as your logo or artwork.
• ·Technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver and secure the site.

02Cookies and tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you across other websites.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

03How we use your information

Your logo and artwork are used only to create designs and products for you.

• ·To reply to your inquiry and set up a call.
• ·To prepare design concepts, proofs and quotes for you.
• ·To produce and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about it.
• ·To keep the business records we are required to keep.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need: our website host, which also provides our visit statistics, the email service that delivers form submissions to us, and our production facility, which needs your design files and order details to make your pieces. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

05Where your information goes

We are based in the United States. Our garments are made in our facility in China, so design files and order details for your order are sent there for production.

06How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

07Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.

08Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Children

This website is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
