This website describes our custom apparel services and lets you contact us. Nothing is sold through the website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.

02Quotes and orders

Minimums, timing and other details on this website are general information. Every order is quoted individually. An order is confirmed only by a written quote and your approval of the final proof, and the terms in that quote apply to the order.

Delivery timing depends on when proofs are approved and is confirmed with each order.

03Logos and artwork you send us

When you send us a logo, artwork or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You give us permission to use that material to create design concepts, proofs and products for you. You keep all rights to it, and we will not use it in our own marketing without your permission.

04Our content

The text, photographs, designs, the Pichón name and the bird logo on this website belong to Pichón or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

05Using the website

  • Do not use the website for anything unlawful.
  • Do not send spam or false information through the inquiry form.
  • Do not try to disrupt the website or gain unauthorized access to it.
